: Vincenzo Battaglia graduated in December 2020 in "European and International Policies" at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, with a thesis on the new course of Italian military and security policy in the 1980s, with a particular focus on the mission in Lebanon. As for his Bachelor's degree, in November 2017 he graduated in “Political Science and International Relations” at the State University of Milan, with a thesis on naval military strategy, as well as on the theories of Mahan and Corbett.
From September 2020 to December 2020, Vincenzo held an internship at the Regional Security Office of the US Consulate General in Milan. Currently, he holds the position of Junior Security Support at MediaMarket SPA.
Vincenzo has a strong interest in the security sector, both national and international, and is passionate about geopolitics, particularly Middle Eastern dynamics. In March 2019, he obtained a postgraduate diploma in "Geopolitics and Global Security" from the Institute for International Policy Studies (ISPI).
Within Mondo Internazionale, Vincenzo is currently the Editor-in-Chief of the Association and author of the column "Framing the World", for the sections "Security and International Terrorism". From September 2018 until September 2019, he also served as a Proofreader.
